The love-language concept shared on this site is inspired by the work of Dr. Gary Chapman, author of The 5 Love Languages. His books helped me understand that people give and receive love in different ways, and I wanted to create a kid-friendly, family-centered way to practice that through storytime and everyday moments. My version is adapted for children, classrooms, and busy parents — but I always encourage families to explore his original work, too.
